In wintry Detroit, narcotics cop Nick Tellis (Jason Patric, The Lost Boys) is recovering from an undercover operation gone wrong. In the hopes of being assigned a quiet desk job, he agrees to return to active duty and partner up with Detective Henry Oak (Ray Liotta, Goodfellas) to investigate the apparent murder of Oak's former partner. As both men become lost in the depths of the case, boundaries become blurred, and their relationship begins to vacillate between intensely personal and unsettlingly suspicious.

    Sehr guter und düsterer Copthriller, startet gut, endet hervorragend. Sehr gute Bilder, manche em düsteren Blue-Stil. Ray Liotta brilliert, vielleicht seine beste Leistung nach "Goodfellas".

    Super Schauspieler. Der Film ist spannend und überzeugt durch die Atmosphäre. Zwischendurch ist er auch anstrengend... Ray Liotta genial...

    PS Snopp Dog habe ich nicht entdeckt. Kann es sein das du Busta Rhymes als Darnell meinst?

    ...ist die Abkürzung von Narcotics und steht für das Drogendezernat der amerikanischen Polizei!
    Zum Film: Super düster! Gehört sicherlich zu den besseren "guterCop/böserCop"-Filmen. Wirklich gut! Jedoch kaufen? Weiss nicht... Nicht gerade die Art Film, die man immer wieder anschaut... bei dem Preis allerdings...

    finde den film spitze, vor allem cool finde ich das man noch kurz snoop dogg sieht. von mir aus ein super streifen.
    unbedingt kaufen wenn ihr auch ''seven'' gut fandet.

    dieser film vedient absolut 5Sterne.habe den innert einer woche ca 3mal geschaut.ist jetzt schon einer meiner lieblingsfilme obwohl ich wegen tom cruise am anfang skeptisch war aber Ray Liotta stellt mit seiner Darstellung alles in den Schatten.FAZIT: KAUFENKAUFENKAUFENKAUFENKAUFEN!!!! !!!

    Wohl einer(wenn nicht) der besten Cop-Filme die ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Der Film ist sehr Real und die Atmosphäre ist einfach unglaublich. Die Schauspieler spielen phantastisch zusammen und die Story ist auch super. Die Kameraführung gefällt mir auch sehr gut. Einfach ein superfilm ;)

    Ich kann mich den ersten zwei Meinungen nur anschliessen. Ray Liotta und Jason Patric spielen ihre Rollen grossartig und auch der Film ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt klischeelastig oder langweilig. Kleiner Film, grosses Kino...!!!

    Der Film läuft ja zur Zeit noch in den hiesigen Kinos!?!? Auf jeden Fall handelt es sich hierbei um ein absolutes Highlight im Genre Cop-Thriller!!
