Stefan Geyer, geb. 1953 in Ratingen, war 20 Jahre als Buchhändler in Berlin und zehn Jahre im Suhrkamp Verlag in Frankfurt tätig. Seit 2010 ist er freischaffender Schriftsteller. Er lebt in Frankfurt/Main.
