Hsin-Huang Michael Hsiao is the Executive Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Area Studies (CAPAS) at Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan.
Cheng-yi Lin is a research fellow at the Institute of European and American Studies at Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan.
