Between 1929 - 1942, Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski (Romanian: Dr. Constantin D. Tusinschi), First Public Prosecutor in Romanian Cernauti, published books, brochures and articles about historical and legal topics. In this volume, for the first time, his entire pre-1942 oeuvre is faithfully reprinted in its original Romanian and occasionally French language. Additionally featuring reprints of several Romanian-language texts by Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski (Dimitrie Tusinschi), prime president: Cernauti higher regional court.
Including the first comprehensive, English-language biography of the author by his grandson, historian Alexander Tuschinski.

In perioada 1929 - 1942, Dr. Constantin D. Tusinschi (in germana: Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski), avocat public principal in Cernauti, a publicat carti, brosuri si articole pe teme istorice si juridice. In acest volum, pentru prima data, intreaga sa opera de dinainte de 1942 este reeditata cu fidelitate in limba originala romana si, ocazional, franceza. In plus, cu reeditari ale textelor lui Dimitrie Tusinschi, prim-presedinte la curtea de apel din Cernauti.
Inclusiv prima biografie cuprinzatoare a autorului, in limba engleza, scrisa de nepotul sau, istoricul Alexander Tuschinski.

A propos de l'auteur
Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski (1905-1984) studied law in Cernauti (then part of Romania) and Paris, and ultimately served as state attorney in Cernauti until 1944. Afterwards, he relocated to Sighisoara, Romania, where he practised as an attorney and, from the late 1960s, was also known as a writer of one-act plays.
