This book highlights the latest advances, innovations, and applications in the field of building physics, as presented by leading researchers at the 6th Central European Symposium on Building Physics (CESBP), held in Budapest, Hungary, on September 11–13, 2025. Conference topics include heat and mass transfer, building physical performance of construction and materials, sustainable thermal insulation materials and systems, building envelope systems and components, building's energy performance, indoor climate, thermal and moisture performance, air quality, air flow and pollutants transport, building and room acoustics, environmental modelling, environmental impact and life-cycle assessment, AI, BIM and automation in building physics. The contributions, which were selected by means of a rigorous international peer-review process, present a wealth of exciting ideas that will open novel research directions and foster multidisciplinary collaboration among different specialists.
