A propos de l'auteur

Martin A. Bader is a Swiss and European Patent Attorney, founder and managing director of a St. Gallen-based IP management advisory. He is a Full Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt (THI), Adjunct Professor at McGill University, and Lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He was previously Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Officer at Infineon Technologies AG.
Oliver Gassmann is Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Technology Management. He is a keynote speaker for Executive MBA programs, author/editor of 20 books, and over 800 papers. He serves on the board of the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property and several international companies.
Mark James Thompson is a senior researcher at Zurich University of Applied Sciences and CEO of Arêté Statistics AG. He was Assistant Director at IP Australia and Chief Economist at the Austrian Patent Office. His PhD focused on statistical and econometric patent valuation and innovation competition.
