En savoir plus

Mentorship isn't a title. It's a journey you walk, together.
It's found in shared silence on a summit, the steady hand on a slippery slope, or the pause to ask a deeper questions. In a world rushing toward results, Mentorship in the Wild reminds us that real leadership is a slow, intentional, and rooted in wonder.
Whether you're guiding, students, leading colleagues, or helping others find their footing, this book invites you to step outside and explore what i means to mentor with courage, clarity and care.
Drawing from over a decade of experience, as a leader in outdoor education, Court Rustemeyer offers vivid stories, practical insights, and reflective prompts for leaders who want to grow and guide.
This isn't another book about teaching - it's your trail map for growth as you lead, learn, and explore the outdoors.
