This 2-volume set constitutes the refereed proceedings of International Workshops, held as parallel events of the 21st IFIP WG 12.5 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Applications and Innovations, AIAI 2025, held in Limassol, Cyprus, during June 26 29, 2025.
The 44 full papers and 6 short papers presented in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 117 submissions. The AIAI 2025 conference hosts several workshops that support innovative research on various specific and hot scientific domains every year.
