Dr. Sreevalsa Kolathayar is the Professor in charge at the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) and works as an Associate Professor in Civil Engineering at NITK, Surathkal. He pursued M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, PhD from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), and served as International Research Staff at UPC BarcelonaTech, Spain. Dr Sreevalsa has authored five books, edited 16 books, authored over 150 research articles and holds two patents. He is on the Editorial Board of several international Journals. He is on the roster of two technical committees of ASCE Geo-Institute and is an Expert Member of the Working Groups of BIS CED 39 for three IS codes. Dr. Sreevalsa currently has eight funded R&D projects worth INR 10 crores and has completed over 100 civil engineering consultancy projects.

 
Dr. Amarnath Hegde is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering IIT, Dharwad. He previously worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at IIT, Patna. His research interests include geotechnical engineering, ground improvement and computational geotechnics. Dr. Hegde has also held short-term research positions at the University of Milan Bicocca in Italy, UPC Barcelona Tech in Spain and the National University of Singapore. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.) Bangalore, in 2015. Before Ph.D, he also worked as a geotechnical Engineer at Keller Ground Engineering India Pvt. Ltd in Mumbai for two years. He has completed his M. Tech from IIT, Bombay and B. Tech from BVBVET Hubli in Karnataka. Dr. Hegde has published two books and more than 95 research papers in reputed International and national journals and conferences. He is a life member of several professional organizations, including ASCE, ISSMGE, IGS and International Geosynthetic Society.  Dr. Hegde has been featured in the list of the top 2% of scientists in the world as published by Stanford University consecutively for the last 3 years. He is also a recipient of several awards including the IEI Young Engineer Award in the civil engineering discipline.
 
Prof. Anand V. Shivapur is a Professor (Rtd.), Water and Land Management Program, Department of Civil Engineering, and Academic Senate Member, Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. He served as a secretary and Chairman, The Institution of Engineers (India), Dharwad and served IEI, Kolkatta as Executive Council member from 2010 to 2012. He has been awarded with best teacher at SDM College of Engineering, Dharwad during 2008 and has also received several awards in his career spanning over 38 years of academic and administrative service. His areas of reaserch include flow measurement, watershed hydrology, wetland development, Irrigation management and climate change analysis. He has authored eight book chapters, over 80 papers in reputed journals and 100+  in conferences. He is editorial board member and reviewer of several reputed journals.
 
 
Dr. Raviraj H. Mulangi is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) Surathkal. He obtained his Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc.), Bangalore in 2015. His research interests are road safety audit, public transportation and highway geometric design. He has published more than 30 research articles in reputed journals.
