Dr. Saroj Kr. Biswas is currently an Associate Professor and Head of the Computer Science & Engineering Department at NIT Silchar. His research interests include Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Data Mining, Image Processing, and Video Processing. He is supervising 15 Ph.D. scholars, of whom 5 have successfully completed their degrees. Dr. Biswas has completed one research and development project sponsored by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DEITY) and one by the National Project Implementation Unit (NPIU) funded by the World Bank. He is currently leading a high-value research project sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY). To date, he has published 56 papers in international journals, including 35 in unpaid SCI-indexed journals from various reputable publication houses worldwide such as Elsevier, IET, Springer, and World Scientific, along with 68 conference papers.

Prof. Sivaji Bandyopadhyay is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jadavpur University, India, where he has served since 1989. He held the position of Director at the National Institute of Technology Silchar from December 2017 to November 2022. With over 300 publications in respected journals and conferences, he has also edited two books. His research interests encompass Natural Language Processing, Machine Translation, Sentiment Analysis, and Medical Imaging, among other areas. Prof. Bandyopadhyay has organized several conferences and has served as a Program Committee Member and Area Chair for numerous reputable conferences.

Prof. Valentina E. Balas is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of over 400 research papers published in refereed journals and international conferences. Her research interests include Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, as well as Modeling and Simulation.
