With the surge of demand for 24x7 connectivity, social media creates opportunities accompanied with lot of challenges.Social media networking sites have witnessed stupendous growth and popularity with the huge growth of mobile devices market and the increasing availability of internet; social networking sites have become the part of people¿s daily lives. SNSs have extended the user¿s communication capacities, making it easier for individuals to communicate and to connect with their social network (Ellison, Steinfield & Lampe, 2007).
