James Hewlett was born and raised on the beautiful Channel Island of Jersey, surrounded by the sea and rolling green fields. A lifelong sports fan, he's happiest with his dogs by his side, watching football and rugby or cheering on his favourite teams.As a child, James loved reading, but also playing, watching, and dreaming of football stardom - his hero was none other than Roy of the Rovers. While he never made it to the big leagues, his passion for the game led him to sports writing in 2008, contributing to local newspapers, magazines, and the Jersey Rugby Club, where he also volunteered as a junior coach and media team member.Following the success of Breakthrough and Believe, James returns with a new series of fast-paced, feel-good football adventures.
