As a retired police officer with 13 years of service in Canada, I've experienced firsthand the toll that the demanding and often traumatic nature of the job can take on mental health. My journey through PTSD has been both harrowing and enlightening, leading me to pen my experiences in The Mountie and My Mind.

Currently residing on Vancouver Island, Tim continues to make a positive impact through his professional endeavors and advocacy work.
