This research paper presents an analysis of judgment No. 17371- 2013-4335, and its relationship with the eighth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), according to the plaintiff, the violated rights are those of due process and legal certainty. On the other hand, the relevance and the rights protected by this end are analyzed and discussed through the contributions of legal and doctrinal foundations, which enable its formulation and application. In this case, the sentence is detailed from the legal basis and contributes to the follow-up of cases related to labor processes. The methodology used is a qualitative method that involves a kind of synthetic analytical study that allows case studies and the use of information obtained from bibliographic sources to support the arguments presented in the case studies.
