This book provides an overview of the general aspects of Burnout Syndrome in nursing work, based on research and scientific articles on the subject. Given its high prevalence in nursing and its impact on society, it is important to understand the factors that determine its onset. Graduated in Full Degree in Nursing and Nursing from UFRN (2010). Specialisation in Occupational Nursing from Faculdades Integradas de Patos (2010). She is currently a nurse at the Onofre Lopes University Hospital (HUOL) working mainly on the following subjects: nursing, humanisation of care and health promotion.
