Bon Kay has been retired from real estate sales for about four years, after thirty years in the business, and she loved helping buyers and sellers save money during the largest investment of their lives. Now she wants to invest in children learning and having fun. Reading is fundamental but also can be immensely enjoyable at any age. The Mr. McTavish series is based on her own experiences with her late Scottie dog, McTavish. He brought her and her whole family great joy, and now she wants to bring that joy to young people everywhere. Each new adventure will introduce children to how much fun they can have with the animals they love. She hopes introducing this new character will inspire young children to love reading more and to look forward to the next adventure of Mr. McTavish and Gma.
