Reflecting on Ascension

The book is a collection of wise sayings, which if understood, one has ascended. There is a description of this at the beginning of the book; and details about me, the author, at the end of the book, as well as credits for the sayings.

A propos de l'auteur

Former workshop leader at Esalen Institute, the Human Potential Center. My two very successful workshops were 'Intuitive Watercolor' and 'Vision Painting Meditation.' I am a successful artist and a music lover, and I studied classical music on the piano. More importantly, I have spent my life working on myself to become happier in the now moment and more consciously aware. I am learning not to limit myself or downgrade myself. I am learning not to judge another or myself and to forgive wherever I can. Change is a constant. I am still learning, and I think I will always be learning more about who I am and seeing the changes in me as I open up and make new choices. Also, I will always be evolving. That is the way this all unfolds. And it certainly is not boring! I wish each one of you well-being and happiness.
