This book is to assist those in the military that are looking to receive passive income and find a true retirement after fulfilling their military obligation. There are so many people that have been told they are going to retire after twenty years, but the truth is that most people do not live this fairy tale and this is something that can be made true with the proper blueprint. Following this book will allow those young service members that are serving our country to position themselves in a way to receive their military retirement as well as have another stream of income from their investments made early on in their career. All military personnel have their time taken away during their service period, and this is a way of allowing us to take advantage of the benefits given, so that time and freedom can be brought back. Those that serve deserve to spend time where ever they want, with whoever they want, and live the way they want and this book is designed to allow the service members to be informed of a process that has been proven to work!

Born in south central Los Angeles, CA the author has overcome several obstacles growing up in a low-income to lower-middle-class household with a single grandparent. He attended college and became a dropout to enlist in the military where further obstacles were presented, however, he was able to show perseverance and see past every barrier placed in front of him. He returned to college and not only obtained a Bachelor of arts degree, but a Master's degree as well. He sought growth throghout every field he entered thus leading him to become a commissioned officer in the military at the age of 22. He has had several televised appearances and utilized his military benefits and education to allow him to enter the world of real estate through investing. He was inspired to become an author through his desire of informing his brothers and sisters in the military of the different benefits that are available to them.
