A propos de l'auteur

Kristie Arendale makes her home in Maryville, Tennessee,
with her husband and two children. After twenty-three wonderful years in
elementary education, first as a kindergarten and first grade teacher and then
as a school counselor, she retired so that she could pursue passions outside of
the classroom. While this is her first official book, Arendale has used and
created many stories and plays over the years to instill positive and
empowering qualities and characteristics in her students and her own children.
She has found a huge connection between her work as an elementary school
counselor and as a trainer at The Steel Room. Helping others find the strength
and courage to try new things and witnessing the empowerment that results from
overcoming obstacles is incredibly rewarding. When kindness, encouragement,
confidence, and positivity are evident, great things follow. In her free time,
Arendale enjoys hiking and exploring in the mountains and dabbles in trail
running and obstacle course racing. Books and nature have always brought a
sense of magic to her soul, and she is excited to share that with others.
