A propos de l'auteur
Agustín Villegas nació en La Habana, Cuba, en 1944. Fue expulsado por sus ideas anticomunistas de su centro de estudios y detenido por la Seguridad del Estado (G2). Exiliado en Miami en 1962. Fue miembro del Directorio Revolucionario Estudiantil (DRE) y se acercó a la Agrupación Católica Universitaria (ACU) por sus lecturas de los folletos del Buró de información y Propaganda (BIP) que la ACU publicaba en Cuba. En Miami se graduó en Pre-Leyes en el Miami Dade Junior College y de Educación Religiosa y Filosofía en Florida International University (FIU). Ha publicado artículos periodísticos en Diario Las Américas, El Mercurio, Réplica; El Nuevo Herald, la revista Ideal y otros. He was expelled from his study center for his anti-communist ideas and detained by State Security (G2). Exiled in Miami in 1962. He was a member of the Directorio Revolucionario Estudiantil (DRE) and became close to the Agrupacion Catolica Universitaria (ACU) for his readings of the brochures of the Bureau of Information and Propaganda (BIP) that the ACU published in Cuba. In Miami, he graduated in Pre-Law at Miami Dade Junior College and in Religious Education and Philosophy at Florida International University (FIU). He has published journalistic articles in Diario Las Américas, El Mercurio, Réplica; El Nuevo Herald, Ideal magazine and others.
