Pamela Apkarian-Russell is curator at Castle Halloween Museum in Benwood, West Virginia. The Halloween Queen (TM) is her registered trademark. She is the author of nine books on Halloween, antiques, social history and the paranormal. She writes extensively for antique trade journals, gives lectures and has appeared on television shows like "Martha Stewart" and "Collectors Lot" (which airs in the UK), as well as on the radio, speaking about antiques and Halloween memorabilia and the paranormal. Her antique shop is known as Chris Russell & The Halloween Queen(TM). The shop, housed in the same building as the museum, specializes in postcards, ephemera, holiday items and folk art.
