Tenente colonnello dell'aeronautica, capo del dipartimento comunicazioni, in pensione dal 31 dicembre 2019, ha svolto diversi stage in Costa d'Avorio e all'estero. È ingegnere logistico dei trasporti dall'aprile 2016.
