Anita Rincón is an author, speaker, and founder of global women’s wellness company Sculpt. Born in Finland and spending her childhood and adolescence in Europe and South America, Anita took a leap to follow her dreams by moving to the United States in her early twenties. Since then, she has worked tirelessly toward a mission of making wellness accessible and inclusive to everyone. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition science with a focus on obesity and weight management. Together with leading nutrition, fitness, and wellness professionals, Anita provides evidence-based, holistic solutions to empower and inspire women around the world to transform their lives through Sculpt’s online platforms, mobile app, product lines, streaming series, podcast, and events. Anita lives in New York City, and her extraordinary story has been celebrated by Forbes, Cosmopolitan, NBC, Telemundo, and many more. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters and has two rescue pets of her own
