En savoir plus

Have you ever felt like a fraud in your own life, incapable or unworthy of success? Have you ever worried that everyone has their act together except for you? Imposter syndrome is a persistent feeling of self-doubt and failure. It impacts millions of competent, successful people and often results in anxiety, stress, and burnout.
In "You (Don't) Suck: How to Overcome Imposter Syndrome," Max Masure explores why so many of us struggle to acknowledge our achievements and live true to our values and beliefs. With warmth and candor, Max recounts their own journey from severe burnout and misalignment with their inner self to coming out as a transmasculine person, recognizing their potential, and finally speaking their truth.
Max shows you how to build a better work-life balance and grow the confidence you need to flourish at work and in your personal life. Through exercises and activities, each chapter helps you define what success means to you, gain clarity about your needs and goals, set boundaries, and reimagine who you want to be.
You're capable of great things when you access your inner power.
