D. Micah Hester is Chair of the Department of Medical Humanities & Bioethics at UAMS College of Medicine, Arkansas, USA. He has over 20 years of bioethics experience. He has authored/edited numerous books and articles, and has served on the boards of the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities (ASBH) and the Association of Bioethics Program Directors.Toby Schonfeld is the Executive Director of the National Center for Ethics in Health Care at the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Her ethics experience spans academia, government and private industry. An accomplished author and presenter, Dr. Schonfeld is a national leader, serving on the board of ASBH.
