The techniques and maneuvers presented in this book correspond to our practice of care in Holistic Therapies over more than thirty years of study of Eastern Therapies associated with the knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and their relationship with the Acupuncture Meridians. In this relationship we find an intimate connection between emotional imbalance and pain observed in painful syndromes whose cause is still the fruit of research by several scholars. By balancing our mental and bodily energies through a healthy conduct involving words, actions and thoughts we will find the key to eliminate pain of unknown cause that promotes the suffering of so many people today. The objective of this book is to present a holistic view of the pains that afflict us on a daily basis, often without us knowing their origin, and to stimulate readers to research and apply Touch Therapy in order to know more deeply the responses that are given by the body to stimuli.
