In the recent years, Scientific interest has focused on Nitrogen - contain heterocyclic because of abundant data showing therapeutic effects in humans for number of disease, They particular components commonly distributed concerning plant source of the Rutaceae family. synthesis of 3-phenylquinoline-2-ol derivatives via chemo-selective reaction. A new and imaginative technique for the synthesis of substituted pyranoquinoline via Algar Flyn Oyamanda oxidation cyclization approach has been achieved by hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide catalyzed of quinoline chalcone with intramolecular cyclization of pyranoquinoline formed and focused on synthesis of a indolylquinoline alkaloids derivative of indoline-2-carboxylic acid from available starting material one step with high atom economy. The possible reaction pathway for the formation of the products was also discussed as a green technique.
