Berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung erfährt in unserer Gesellschaft einen immer höheren Stellenwert. Vor diesem Hintergrund konzentriert sich Astrid Beermann in ihrer Arbeit auf die Wechselwirkung von individuellen Entwicklungswünschen Einzelner und der Gewährleistung von Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung in den Fachgebieten Beratung und Therapie. In ihrer trans- und interdisziplinären Pilotstudie erhebt sie dafür Daten zu subjektiv erlebten professionellen und persönlichen Veränderungen angehender Supervisoren, Coaches und Organisationsentwickler, um diese zirkulär, reflexiv und kontextsensibel auszuwerten. Das Ergebnis sind neun Faktoren für eine wirksame Veränderung in Professionalisierungsprozessen, die in diesem Band ausführlich erläutert werden.
Further training on the job has become increasingly important in the German society. Therefore, the author explores in how far the desire of an individual for self-development as well as the quality assurance and quality development in the fields of coaching and therapy are connected. In her transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary pilot study she collects data on subjectively encountered professional and personal changes from soon-to-be supervisors, coaches and organisation managers in order to evaluate them in a circular, reflexive and context-sensitive manner. Hence, the results are nine factors for an effective change in professionalisation processes which will be discussed in detail in this book.

Dr. Astrid Beermann ist Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Center für lebenslanges Lernen (C3L) an der Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit in Forschung und Lehre ist sie als Supervisorin, Coach, Mediatorin, Einzel-, Paar- und Familientherapeutin sowie Dozentin in freier Praxis tätig.
