Solar Powered Electrocoagulation System for Municipal Wastewater

Municipal wastewater (MWW) is polluted and increases due to the high growth of population and urbanization. The high amount of pollutants are present in MWW and further MWW mixed with river or any water body. Once water bodies are contaminated it is very costly to clean-up. In India, there is a lack of treatment for MWW. In the present book, an experimental study of Electrocoagulation of MWW by using solar power are discussed and further the various results of the experimental study were done. The cost comparison of conventional Treatment method and Electrocoagulation process is presented.
