Résumé
This book investigates the legitimacy of the current Australian Financial Services Licensee-Authorised Representative (AFSL-AR) licensing model by considering theories in agency, legislation, legitimacy and the independent individual regulatory regimes in other professions and thereafter applying it to financial planning theory.
