Brighid M. Gonzales has been a library technologist for 10 years and is the author of the 2020 book Systems Librarianship: A Practical Guide for Librarians, and multiple articles and book chapters on website design, usability, and programming, along with other library technology topics. She is currently the Systems Librarian at the University of Memphis.
