This book informs its potential readership about the current state of the art when it comes to poultry nutrition and feeding, both comprehensively and in a practical form. However, it’s not just a “recipe book” as such, but also seeks to identify problem areas and gaps in knowledge that urgently need to be filled by further research activities.
Amongst other things, the explanations are based on the authors’ extensive research, their participation on various specialist committees concerned with topics of poultry research and management, and also their contributions to aspects of applied poultry nutrition and feeding in various publications.
