Um eine richtige Beurtheilung der Straffälligkeit Jugendlicher zu gewinnen, ist es nothwendig, zunächst die Straffälligkeit aller Alters klassen getrennt nach Geschlechtern zu betrachten. In dieser Richtung liegt eine Berechnung für den Zeitraum von 1882 bis 1891 vor (wo bei ich die Strafthaten im Amte besonders anzufübren unterlasse, weil hier die Zahl der in Amt Befindlichen jeder Altersklasse ausschlag gebend wäre).
