In quanto allo stampar gli Studi su Orazio nella collezione Romagnoli; sappi che il Ro magnoli è molto pentito d'aver stampato la Safio, perché molti degli associati gli han fatto lagnan ze che sia uscito de' patti, e due ne ha perduti io ho tastato il terreno, e lo trovo difficile: dun que ti consiglierei a lasciar questo pensiero. Man dami, o fammi avere, ti prego, dell'anno passato della Rivista almeno i due fogli in cui entrarono gli ultimi due miei articoli (che non mi man daron mai) almeno quelli: benché desidero tutta l' annata. E voglio a ogni modo seguitare quelli articoli: perché anche il Zambrini me ne fa fretta.
