Dans l'avertissement qui précède nous avons dit que toutes les Proclamations que nous publions sont de Bonaparte, qui les dictait seul, d'un premier jet, avec toute la rapidité de sa pensée; il y faisait peu de corrections il attachait le plus 'grand prix à l'effet que devaient produire ces Proclamations et ces Bulletins qui suffiraieut sans doute pour le placer parmi les plus grands ecrivains et lui assurer la première place d'om teur dans l'éloquenoe militaire.
