Difetto se aggiugneremo gli abbagli che bene spesso si pigliano nella definizione delle parole, e l' asso luta falsità di parecchie con la perpetua confusione de' sensi figurati co' proprj; e le molte che gli Accademici stessi confessano di non intendere e quindi al tutto superflue; e le non poche a bello studio storpiate dai novellieri, e per ciò non voci, ma mostri; e le tante rimase prive del giusto loro valore; e quelle (fatto incredibile/) alle quali si è data un' interpretazione tutta al rovescio di ciò.
