While the West is endeavouring to give the assurance that the unequal treaties will be abolished as soon as China has put her house in order. She cannot do so because she does not even have control of her own house. Thus. Four hundred and thirty million people are united in the desire to abolish foreign domination. And to conclude new treaties on a basis of equality.
