Biplab Dhak is Development Economist. He holds PhD in Development Studies from Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore. His area of expertise include health inequality, gender inequality, poverty, migration and livelihood issues. At present he is Assistant Professor in Economics at A N Sinha Institute of Social Studies, Patna.
