This book will analyze the act of European commission during the course of investigating Cartelists and the course of trial in the light of the right entitled to Cartelists in the international and regional human right instrument. In other words the work analyzes whether the commission investigation and adjudicatory power complies or not with the international and international human right instrument. The content of the book is organized into four chapters, the first chapter is called "Thesis statement", the second chapter deals with human rights in general and the structure of competition proceedings and the third chapter deals with rights granted to defendants in competition proceeding in light of human rights instruments. Finally, the author of the book will come up with his own convincing statements and recommendations at the fourth chapter of the work.

A propos de l'auteur

Daniel is a Legal consultant and Attorney in all Federal Courts of Ethiopia. Daniel was awarded an academic degree of LLM (Master Of European and International Law) from Hamburg University and China-EU School of Law at CUPL. Indeed Daniel is a winner of scholarship to participate in the International Lawyer for Africa Program in United Kingdom.
