Following school, university, Law school and travel in Europe and India, Jan settled down to a career in Investment Banking, working in the City of London. After fourteen varied years living through the heyday of the modern City revival, Jan embarked on a new life and career as a full-time farmer, and built a new life and business from scratch, rearing and sourcing British Rare and Traditional Breeds of Cattle, Sheep and Pigs.
