Audrey ThomasAudrey Thomas is the author of

Songs My Mother Taught Me (1993), all published by Talonbooks. She is a two-time winner of the BC Book Prize for Fiction. Thomas was born in upstate New York and now lives and works on Galiano Island, B.C. In 2008, Thomas was made a member of the Order of Canada.
