Problems and Prospects of Community Health Care Service - A Study on Khulna City of Bangladesh

This study was conducted by survey method and structured interview schedule was used to collect data from 120 service takers of the urban community health care centers of Khulna City. The basic purpose was to examine the problems of the urban community health care centers from the service takers and to record the prospects of it.More than 39 percent of the respondents expressed their highest level of satisfaction about the health service and just over 64 percent of the respondents claimed they will further recommend the service to others. The urban health care center served its purposes efficiently and it could achieve buoyancy of the urban people.
