Mit dem Anti-Bias-Ansatz wird ein padagogisches Bildungskonzept vorgestellt. Dieses wurde und wird in Deutschland zunachst in Kitas und mittlerweile immer haufiger auch in Schulen umgesetzt, um padagogisches Handeln unter Berücksichtigung von Heterogenitat zu professionalisieren. Angelehnt an das Konzept der Padagogik der Vielfalt nach Annedore Prengel gibt die vorliegende Studie einen Überblick über die praktische Umsetzung des Anti-Bias-Ansatzes in institutionellen Bildungskontexten. Aus der Sicht von PadagogInnen, die in Deutschland mit dem Ansatz arbeiten, werden die Grundzüge und die Programmatik systematisch dargelegt. Vorgestellt wird damit ein Konzept zur padagogischen Fortbildung, das zum Ziel hat, die Idee und die Bedeutung von Heterogenitat in den Denk-, Deutungs- und Handlungskonzepten von PadagogInnen zu verankern.
