Katharina Hagena, geboren 1967 in Karlsruhe, Sie studierte Anglistik und Germanistik in Marburg, London und Freiburg und promovierte über James Joyce. Sie erhielt ein Forschungsstipendium der Zürcher James-Joyce-Stiftung und arbeitete als Lektorin am Trinity College in Dublin. Heute lehrt sie englische Literatur an der Universität Hamburg und schreibt an einem Buch über Türme in der Literatur.
