Many initiatives have been implemented to streamline patient movement through the services of Richmond s continuum of care. The primary objective of this study is to explore the influence organizational culture has on patient flow initiatives. A specific focus is set on aspects of organizational culture within multi disci plinary teams, unit teams and program teams on medical units at the Rich mond Hospital.
