Über den Autor / die Autorin
Prof. Dr. Dr. Dietmar Ernst ist Professor an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt (HfWU) Nürtingen-Geislingen für Corporate Finance und Direktor des Deutschen Instituts für Corporate Finance. Er ist Studiendekan und leitet den Masterstudiengang International Finance. Zuvor war er Investment-Manager bei einer Private Equity Gesellschaft und über mehrere Jahre Projektleiter im Bereich Mergers&Acquisitions. Dietmar Ernst hat an der Universität Tübingen Internationale Volkswirtschaftslehre studiert und sowohl in Wirtschaftswissenschaften als auch Naturwissenschaften promoviert. Er ist an namhaften Universitäten und Hochschulen als Lehrbeauftragter tätig. Seine Arbeitsgebiete sind Unternehmensbewertung, Corporate Finance und Investment Banking.
Dr. Dr. Joachim Häcker ist Professor an der Hochschule Heilbronn und der University of Louisville. Ferner ist er Lehrbeauftragter an der St. Galler Business School sowie Beirat von PHTS. Sein Fachgebiet ist Internationale Finanzwirtschaft insbesondere Corporate Finance. Herr Häcker ist seit 12 Jahren als Berater im Corporate Finance Bereich tätig und war bis Ende 2003 Vice President bei Rothschild in Frankfurt und London. Herr Häcker hat an der Universität Tübingen und der Kenan Flagler Business School (USA) BWL und Jura studiert.
