Breazeale LSU Foundation Professor and dean of the Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University. He has been a journalist in the United States and abroad, worked on the staff of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and held a political appointment in the Agency for International Development during the Carter administration.
