Informationen zum Autor Gregory Weiss is professor of sociology at Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. He is co-author of The Sociology of Health, Healing, and Illness and Experiencing Social Research and has published widely in the areas of medical sociology and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Weiss was the recipient of the TIAA-CREF Outstanding Virginia Faculty Award in 2004 and the Hans Mauksch Award for Distinguished Contributions to Undergraduate Education in 2005.
