This book gathers papers presented during the 6th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Applications (ICEECA 2024), held on November, 19 21, 2024, Khenchela, Algeria. It covers new control system models, troubleshooting tips, and complex system requirements, such as increased speed, precision, and remote capabilities. Additionally, the book discusses not only the engineering aspects of signal processing and various practical issues in the broad field of information transmission, but also novel technologies for communication networks and modern antenna design. The later part of the book covers important related topics such as fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control strategies for nonlinear systems and alternative energy sources. This book is intended for researchers, engineers, and advanced postgraduate students in the fields of control and electrical engineering, computer science, signal processing, as well as mechanical and chemical engineering

Über den Autor / die Autorin

Sofiane Bououden was born in Constantine, Algeria. He received the Ph.D. degree in control systems from the University of Constantine 1, in 2010. He is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Abbes Laghrour University of Khenchela, Algeria. Since then, he has distinguished himself as the author of over 60 scientific publications. The aim of his research is to apply these principles to real-world industrial applications, focusing on sectors, such as renewable energies, motor vehicles, and biodiesel energies. These include contributions to international journals, patents, book chapters, and papers presented at international conferences. He serves on the editorial board for various peer-reviewed journals and has been a guest editor for special issues in international journals.

Salim ZIANI was born in Khenchela, Algeria. He is received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in control systems from the university of Constantine, Algeria in 1996, 2004 and 2010 respectively. Currently he is an associate professor in Automatic Control, Department of Electronics-university of Constantine 1- Constantine, Algeria. He is a team head of Automatic and Robotics Laboratory (LARC) University of Constantine 1. The interesting research including Automatic control (Optimization
Problem, Robust Control, Adaptive-Predictive Control, Fuzzy Sets, Systems and controllers, ...). His particularly interested in embedded systems, FPGA/VHDL applications, Microcontroller (Raspberry and Arduino, JetSon), and the programming of the Siemens Automate and SCADA Supervisory "TIAPortal.

 

Mohammed Chadli (SM’09) received his MSc (DEA) from the Engineering School INSA-Lyon (France, 1999) and from “Ecole Normale Sup.” (Mohammedia, Morocco), the Ph.D. thesis in Automatic Control from the University of Lorraine (UL), CRAN-Nancy in 2002. He was Lecturer and Assistant Professor at the “Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine” (UL, 2000-2004). Since 2004, he was Associate Professor at the UPJV and is currently a Full Professor at the University Paris-Saclay Evry, IBISC Lab., France. He was a visiting professorship at the TUO-Ostrava (Czech Rep.), UiA (Norway), SMU-Shanghai (2014-2017), NUAA-Nanjing (2018-2024), and the University of Naples Federico II (Italy, 2019).
Dr. Chadli’s research interests include filtering and control problems (FDI, FTC) and applications to vehicle systems, intelligence systems, network systems, and cyber-physical systems.
Dr. Chadli is a senior member of IEEE. He is on the editorial board (Editor, Associate Editor) of several international journals, including the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Automatica, the IET Control Theory and Applications, the Franklin Institute Journal, Asian Journal of Control … and was a Guest Editor for Special Issues in international journals and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies (Univ Evry). He now serves as the Chair of the IEEE France Section Control Systems Society Chapter, and listed in “100 000 Leading Scientists in the World".

 

Ivan Zelinka : received M.Sc. degree from the Technical University, Brno in 1995 and Ph.D degree from UTB, Zlin, in 2001.,He is a Professor of Computer Science with Modeling Evolutionary Algorithms Simulation and Artificial Intelligence, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Ostrava, Czech Republic. He is a supervisor of a few research projects, including international projects. students working on different projects. He is an Editor of a few journals and an Editor and a founder of a series of books. His research interests include artificial intelligence, soft computing, and cybersecurity.,Dr. Zelinka is a Chartered IT Professional with the British Computer.
