Bericht

Dr. Nadine Richards has developed an essential, evidence-based framework for dismantling the structural inequities that have served as an obstacle to Black women ascending to the superintendency for far too long. This work details the powerful personal stories of Black women who attained the position of superintendent or head-of-school, and it illuminates their valuable perspectives and personal experiences. Through Dr. Richards' framework and the strategies she recommends, educational leaders can transform their organizations and promote equity, diversity, and justice in executive-level leadership.
